Resolving Conflict with Grace and Truth

When relationships break down, the path forward can feel unclear. Christian conciliation offers a better way—one rooted in Scripture, marked by peace, and oriented toward restoration.

“If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.”

— Romans 12:18

A peacemaking life is not always easy, but it is always worth it.

Peacemaking Isn’t Just Possible — It’s Biblical.

Conflict is hard. But Scripture shows us how to pursue peace with courage, humility, and hope.

I help individuals, families, churches, and organizations resolve conflict in a way that honors God, restores relationships, and brings lasting peace.

Through mediation, arbitration, and conflict coaching, I walk with you through even the most difficult situations — grounded in Scripture, grace, and truth.

Who This Is For

  • Individuals or families seeking peace in strained relationships

  • Churches navigating leadership or member conflict

  • Businesses and nonprofits facing internal or external disputes

  • Anyone seeking guidance from a biblical peacemaking perspective

Whether you're navigating a painful disagreement or seeking wise, redemptive counsel, this process provides biblically faithful support through mediation, arbitration, and coaching.

Instead of adversarial battles, we pursue accountability, healing, and lasting reconciliation—by God’s grace, and for His glory.

“God… gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” —2 Corinthians 5:18

SERVICES

Conflict Coaching

One-on-one coaching to help you approach a situation biblically and thoughtfully—whether or not the other party participates. This is not ongoing counseling but a focused process to help you prepare, reflect, and act wisely. Coaching can be a single session or a short series.

Mediation

A voluntary, confidential process where I guide two or more parties through meaningful dialogue, with the goal of reaching a mutual, Christ-honoring resolution. I assist with both relational restoration and legal agreements.

Arbitration

When agreement cannot be reached through mediation, parties may submit the matter to arbitration—a legally binding process in which I serve as a neutral decision-maker, grounded in both biblical and legal principles.

FAQS

What is Christian conciliation?

Christian conciliation is a process for resolving conflict that combines biblical principles with time-tested dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration. It seeks not only to address the issues at hand but also to bring healing, restoration, and peace to broken relationships — all through the hope of the gospel.

What services do you offer?

I provide three types of Christian conciliation services:

Conflict Coaching – One-on-one guidance to help you respond to conflict biblically, even if the other party isn’t ready to participate.

Mediation – A facilitated, voluntary process where both parties work together to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

Arbitration – A binding decision process based on biblical principles, used when resolution cannot be reached through mediation.

Who is this for?

This process is for anyone who desires to resolve conflict in a way that honors God and seeks peace. You don’t have to be a seasoned believer or have it all together. If your heart is open to biblical counsel and you’re looking for a redemptive way forward, I’d be honored to walk with you.

How is this different from regular mediation or arbitration?

While traditional methods often focus solely on legal or financial outcomes, Christian conciliation focuses on both the relational and spiritual dimensions of conflict. We believe every dispute is an opportunity to glorify God, serve others, and grow to be more like Christ. Scripture guides the process, and prayer and forgiveness are key parts of the journey.

What kinds of conflicts can you help with?

I work with individuals, families, churches, businesses, and organizations facing a wide range of conflicts, including:

  • Family or marital disputes

  • Business or partnership disagreements

  • Church leadership or member issues

  • Employment or workplace concerns

  • Personal offenses or misunderstandings

  • Organizational or nonprofit disputes

  • Whether it’s a long-standing conflict or a newer tension, there's often a redemptive path forward.

Is this a legal process?

Christian conciliation is a biblically based alternative to civil litigation. While I’m a licensed attorney, when I serve as a conciliator, I am not acting as legal counsel for either party. Instead, I serve as a neutral, helping guide the process toward peace, truth, and restoration. In arbitration cases, parties may agree in advance to accept a legally binding decision.

What if the other person doesn’t want to participate?

That’s okay. I offer conflict coaching, which can be incredibly helpful. Even if you’re walking this path alone, we can explore how you can respond in a God-honoring, courageous, and wise way.

Where do you serve?

I’m based in Parker, Colorado, and work with clients locally and remotely. Many services can be offered via phone or video conference.

What does it cost?

Fees vary depending on the service and complexity of the situation. I strive to keep costs reasonable and offer options for churches and nonprofits when possible. Let’s have a conversation about your specific needs — I’m happy to provide more details.

How do I get started?

Just reach out. We’ll begin with a 45 minute complimentary consultation by zoom — no pressure, no obligation. I’ll listen to your situation, answer your questions, and help you discern the next right step.

I’m not in a conflict right now — but still want follow along?

Every one of us faces tension, misunderstandings, or relational hurt at some point — and many of us are still healing from past experiences. I write a weekly blog to explore the deeper heart issues behind conflict: pride, fear, forgiveness, communication, reconciliation, boundaries, repentance, and grace. These reflections are rooted in Scripture and the hope we have in Christ — and they’re for anyone who wants to grow in peacemaking, relational wisdom, and redemptive living.Whether you’re walking through something hard right now or just want to learn and grow, I’d love for you to join me there.
